We broke ground in May 2022 on this 2400sqft home. This was our first stick built (not post frame) home. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings helping to creating a very open and spacious feel to it. The master bathroom is a large spacious bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower, soaker tub, double vanity and a giant walk-in closet with windows. The other 3 bedrooms all have unique features. All have different views, and different closet designs to best suit the room's needs.

 

Downstairs is an open concept with the kitchen facing the living room with a shiplapped fireplace and window door off of the dining area leading to the back patio. There is also an office separated off the living room by french doors. A quaint office with a great view out of the window. This homes unique design nestles it in the corner of a cul de sak, allowing for a unique garage design, featuring a double car garage on the left side of the home, and a single care garage on right, leaving plenty of room for storage and workspace.
